Tasting
ROBE
The robe of this champagne is shiny with a golden and deep hue. The bubbles gather into a white dazzling sparkling neck.
NOSE
The nose is delicate and complex. It opens on aromas of maturity, stone fruits, almonds and honey. When aired, it offers a predominant mashed strawberry fragrance. Then it ends on sugared almond and roasted hazelnut notes.
MOUTH-FEEL
The mouth-feel is stout, rich and structured. The fragrances of ripe fruits and roasted peaches release and completely wrap the palate, with a gentle creamy sparkle. This champagne lasts very long in mouth and continues for a long time on coffee notes.
