Fresh and Gourmand
This Rosé champagne succeeds in blending the aromatic freshness of red berries with a structuring vinosity for the mouth-feel. This aperitive cuvée can be enjoyed with a meal of scallop carpaccio and the delicate Champagne variety of lentils known as lentillons.

The hue is fresh-looking -a bright and dazzling pink. A raspberry glow can even be distinguished. Numerous chains of bubbles gather into a fine, persistent sparkling neck.
The nose expresses itself with a bouquet of several red berries and also yellow fruits such as peach. When aired, the fruit overtones concentrate into aromas of strawberry coulis and grenadine.
As soon as it hits the mouth, the sparkle is strikingly tangy, in the way of a sour candy, and this particular texture blends perfectly with the dosage. The vinosity of this cuvée emphasizes the very particular terroir of Bouzy and gives it a very long-lasting finish.
